Raw material department is organised and operated on an integrated basis. This department is managing all different types of yarn and deniers. Using the advance technology and system the total stock is managed in a privately designed software, material forecasting, planning , inventory control, etc are managed in computer which helps providing management information regarding purchase and inventories which in the frame work.
Doubling – Twisting is the process of formation of yarn where twisting of two or more yarns together to form a single twisted yarn. Such yarns are designated as doubled yarn, folded yarn or plied yarn and the machines intended for the purpose are called doublers, ply-twisters or two-for-one (TFO) twisters. Draw Textured Yarn – DTY, is made by using POY (Partially Oriented Yarn) as raw yarn, drawing and false twisting. Using DTY machines there’s often a certain degree of elasticity and contractility which leads best quality yarn in its field.
Air Textured Yarn – ATY, the principle is to use the Air jet method to interlace the tow to form an irregular twisted coil, so the tow has a fluffy yarn. Using the modern machines we provide the best good hand feel, wool felt, similar touch and feel of cotton yarn with Aty yarns.
Dyeing department is the heart of the yarn dyeing business. Yarns are dyed first before the fabric manufacturing stage. The yarn dyeing happens in hank & package form. Package dyeing is a method where yarns are wounded on perforated cones and placed in dyeing vessel. The dye solution is then alternately pushed inside out and vice versa. After dyeing, the yarn is process into Hydro extractor which removes the maximum amount of water from the cone. Further the yarn is proceed to the final winding stage.
Winding is one of the most important operations. Winding is process of creating large yarn cones from the dyed yarn package. Most modern machines are being utilized to wind the yarn by applying wax and lubrication. Proper maintenance of tension of yarn is also a key to provide the best cones to the customers.
Checking and packing of yarn is a major stage to provide the best of the product. Maintaining adequate quality, standard colors check, proper winding, knotting and packing the yarn in a standard cartons etc are being maintained in this department.
Dispatching is the routine of setting productive activities in motion through the release of orders and necessary instructions according to pre-planned times and sequences of operations embodied in route sheets and loading schedules.
With the proper quality check of packing the material, the goods are being processed through the dispatch department. Accuracy and punctuality of dispatching in the key role of the department.
To run all the yarn dyeing activity efficiently we need electricity, compressed air, water, steam, etc. This is provided by a team of engineers and this forms a utility department in a textile yarn industries. Utility department maintain and ensure that there should be uninterrupted supply if source to conduct the daily cycle of yarn dyeing system. Regular maintainence of equipment like compressor, boiler, water pumps, RO plant, captive power plant, etc. are conducted and ensures that it is well within the desired norms as regulated by the government bodies.
